Thank you for shopping with SkeenLab. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be processed, shipped, and delivered.
1. Where We Ship
We currently ship to:

Selected international destinations
If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us at hello@SkeenLab.co and we’ll let you know if we can ship to your location.
2. Order Processing Time

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 48h (Monday–Friday), excluding holidays and weekends.

Weekend : Orders placed on weekends are processed on the next business day.

Order Verification: In some cases, we may need additional time to verify payment details or address information, which can slightly delay processing.
You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed and another email once your order has shipped.
3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times below are estimates and can vary due to carrier delays, weather, customs, or factors outside our control.
Orders may ship from our U.S. fulfillment centers or from our international warehouses, depending on stock availability.

Standard Shipping:
- Estimated delivery: 5–8 business days after dispatch

Priority / Expedited Shipping (if available at checkout):
- Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days after dispatch
Most U.S. orders leave our warehouse within 24–72 hours after processing.
Note for international orders : International delivery times do not include any potential customs or clearance delays in your country.
4. Shipping Fees & Free Shipping
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, chosen shipping method, and order value.
We may offer free standard shipping on orders over a certain amount (e.g., $50 USD). Any active free-shipping thresholds or promotions will be clearly displayed on our website and/or at checkout.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with:

A tracking link to follow your package

If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at help@SkeenLab.co.
6. Shipping Protection, Lost or Damaged Packages
If you selected Shipping Protection at checkout (when available):
You are covered in case your package is lost, damaged, or stolen during transit.
Please contact us at help@SkeenLab.co with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
After review, we will arrange a replacement shipment or another appropriate solution.
If you did not purchase Shipping Protection:
We will still do our best to assist you, but replacements or refunds for lost/stolen packages may be limited and are handled on a case-by-case basis.
For damaged items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and the product.
7. Wrong Address, Undeliverable & Returned Packages
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
If the address provided is incorrect or incomplete and the package is returned to us, we may ask you to cover the reshipping cost.
If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but you did not receive it, please check with neighbors, household members, or your local post office.
SkeenLab is not responsible for packages delivered to the address provided at checkout if that address is incorrect or unsafe.
8. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
For orders shipped outside the United States:
Your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged by your local customs office.
These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.
The recipient is responsible for paying any such additional costs.
We are not responsible for delays due to customs or for any additional fees imposed by your country.
9. Delivery Delays & Force Majeure
We do our best to ship and deliver your order within the estimated time frames, but delays can happen due to:
Carrier issues
Weather conditions
High-volume periods (e.g., holidays, sales events)
Customs inspections
Other circumstances beyond our control
SkeenLab cannot be held liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or events outside our reasonable control.
10. Missing Items or Problems With Your Order
If something seems wrong when your order arrives (missing item, wrong product, or damaged goods):
Contact us at help@SkeenLab.co within 7 days of receiving your package.
Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if needed.
Our support team will investigate and work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible (replacement, reshipment, or other solution depending on the case).
